The Alpaca Silver Store aims to please. Remember our handcrafted jewelry may vary by shade or design because each piece is unique. However, we offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for items returned within that time. Please request a return order number at our e-mail site to attach to the enclosed FedEx label. If you prefer an exchange for an item of comparable price, please indicate your preference in the e-mail to customerservice@alpacasilverstore.com. Backorder Policy Occasionally items will be in a backorder status. You will be notified at the time of purchase of the backorder which will never exceed 10 business days for arrival at your door. Shipping Policies Orders are securely shipped by FedEx ground and based on weight. Please include your street address with each order and allow 5 days for delivery. Most items ship the next business day. If your order can not be filled within this time period we will contact you by e-mail or phone and make arrangements to guarantee your satisfaction. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and others outside the continental US will be shipped by FedEx Air. Damaged Goods Policy If your order is damaged in shipment please use the enclosed FedEx label and return the product "as is" in the original shipping package. |
